The Sanctuary is part of the Firstpoint Office Park, which is located just off the A6182, and is barely half a mile from Junction 3 of the M18 Motorway, which in turn joins the A1(M). Firstpoint is also some two miles south of the centre of Doncaster, which has a mainline rail connection to London Kings Cross providing a direct link within 1hr 30 mins. Robin Hood Airport is the UK’s newest international airport, located some 6 miles to the south east of the development.

The development is immediately adjoining a B&Q outlet, Holiday Inn Express, Woodfield Farm public house and a Harley Davidson showroom. Also nearby is the Lakeside Shopping Centre Outlet (which includes M&S, Next, Austin Reed and Lilywhites), Lakeside Office Park, and Doncaster Rovers’ Keepmoat Stadium.
