The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary offers you your own front door, a secure courtyard, flexible space and landscaped environment.

The Sanctuary is the first phase in the Firstpoint Office Park development, and will create an enclosed and secure courtyard environment of self-contained offces. Each unit will provide comfort cooled office space, with the potential to combine units to suit your space requirements.

The building has been designed to meet the challenges of the Disability Discrimination Act, and first floor suites will be reached either via an external central staircase or communal 8 person lift. The building will be constructed with traditional materials, and will be set around a landscaped central courtyard with access through a single gated entrance.
